But it depends on Smart Fox Server, which is about 4,000 USD (only $500 less then FMS 3, which has server-side shared objects and AMF3). They do have a stand-alone map editor, but then again...that means you are severely constrained into the kinds of textures you can apply to tiles, etc. Sure.
